To ensure Stratford’s zoning bylaws are in line with the Official Plan amendment adopted by city council in 2015 and implemented last August, the city’s hired planning consultants have been working to develop a new Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw, the first draft of which was presented at a public meeting Thursday night.
